Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing visual data from live imaging microscopy. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative research projects while working in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and analyze imaging data using computational tools.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing workflows for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experimental and technical challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/ student in a relevant field (e.g., Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biophysics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or related field)
  • Basic proficiency in programming or scripting Python
  • Understanding of basic statistics and data visualization for interpreting imaging results.
  • Experience with image analysis tools - preferred
  • Experience with live imaging microscopy - preferred
  • Experience with time series analysis - preferred
